Can You Build Muscle and Lose Fat at the Same Time?

Yes, you can!

If you want to build muscle and lose fat at the same time you are going to have to spend a lot of time learning about how metabolism works, figure out what type of body you have, how it reacts to certain foods and then customize a diet for your body.

Keep in mind that you must stay 100% committed to this diet if you want to get the results you are looking for. It will require precision eating. This mean you are going to have to weigh out your food and know the exact number of carbs, calories, proteins and other nutrients that you are putting into your body. Its like a biology science project. If your carb and calorie intake is too high or too low than it is not going to work. Same thing goes for all the other nutrients that you decide to put into your body. Missing the Diet for just 1 weekend can really screw up the whole process.

Depending on your metabolism rate you may or may not want to add cardio into you exercise routine. People with low metabolism rates usually do more cardio than someone with a fast metabolism.

In the end it is about having all the bases covered and staying 100% committed to this lifestyle. It is not like going to work for 8 hours, you will be committed to this lifestyle 24 hours a day 7 days a week in order to work properly.
